If the web page requires a lot of thinking, or navigating, tendencies are users would just leave them and search for another. This of course is a loss for businesses. Go for sites that are intuitive, user friendly and meet?s the user?s expectations.

Most users tend to choose the first option that is reasonable; they do not search for a quick fix, nor look into sites one by one to find what the need. Once they find a link that seems to satisfy and suffice, they click it. Focus more on satisfying and sufficing for the users, not much on optimizing as this can be hard to achieve.

Users often use their intuition instead of reading thoroughly through contents, according to some web experts, this is because users don?t care; if they find something that could work or that already works they tend to stick to it. It wouldn?t matter much if they understand how it works as long as it can be useful.

2. Never Make Users Think

Following the law of usability, don?t make readers or users think, the web site should be self explanatory and should be obvious. ?As much as possible, get rid of questions. Make the site and the navigation intuitive; design it in a way that users easily understand the system enabling them to get from point A to point B.

3. ?Prioritize User?s Patience

When designing web sites, try to keep site requirements to a minimal, the less requirements or actions from the user, the more likely it will be that they will try to test or visit the site. When testing some features, refrain from asking the users to share private data, it is not reasonable to ask for the user?s email if they are to test some features.
